Had an amazing xmas vacation! The room had a fantastic balcony with stunning views. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect since I could easily reach the lake and explore the town. Bonus points for the great restaurant food and the free upgrade to a better room!
The bedding could have been cleaner, and the towel drying was a bit of a hassle due to the bathroom's inadequate ventilation. However, the staff was very attentive and rectified the situation promptly.

Great location, lovely interior, and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to access all the major transportation stations. The rooms are clean, and the interior has a lovely design that gives a homely vibe. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. They accommodated an early check-in, and the restaurant staff prepared delicious vegan meals for me.
Nothing to complain about at all. The hotel was perfect in every aspect, from the location to the facilities and staff's service.

Nestled in a serene location away from bustling city crowds, this hotel offers breathtaking views of surrounding mountainous areas. Rooms are well, furnished with comfortable bedding, well, maintained bathrooms, and huge shared balconies overlooking the town. Staff are helpful and welcoming, providing professional, high, quality services at a reasonable price. the hotel is equipped with air conditioning and provides an ideal space for a peaceful retreat.
One issue that some guests can encounter is that some staff may be less professional in their approach, which can be discouraging who expect a high standard.
